This is a plush toy. We do not sell drugs.
Geeked Plushie is a novelty soft toy made of fabric and polyester fill. It contains no liquid, no medicine and no drugs of any kind, and it is not meant to be eaten or drunk.
- We do not sell, supply, promote or encourage drugs, prescription medicine, codeine, promethazine or "lean" in any form, and we do not glorify drug use.
- Geeked Plushie and GeekedCartoons are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Wockhardt or any other pharmaceutical company, drug brand or lean brand.
- Any medicine-style names, label designs or marks shown on the plush are parody artwork on a toy. They are not real products and do not describe anything inside it.
- If you or someone you know is struggling with substance use, please reach out to a doctor or a local support service.

These Terms govern your use of this store and any purchase from it.
1. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older, or buying with a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Products and pricing
The Geeked Plushie is a novelty plush toy. It is not a food, drink or medicine, and any medicine-style labeling is parody styling only. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may change. We may limit quantities and correct errors, and will contact you before proceeding if an order is affected.
3. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error) and will refund in full if we decline after payment. Payments are handled by secure payment providers.
4. Shipping and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.
5. Safe use
Not suitable for children under 3 because of small parts and stuffing. Keep away from fire and heat. Stop using it if it is damaged.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this store belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with it or try to access it without authorization.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Your legal rights as a consumer are not limited.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
